People think life is complicated.
But most of the time, it’s not complicated.
It’s just that you don’t see what’s happening.
And if you don’t see it, you can’t do anything with it.
That’s where it starts.
You live your life.
You wake up, you do your things, you react.
Everything feels normal.
But “normal” is just what you’re used to.
And what you’re used to, you don’t question.
So you’re already inside something—
a system, a pattern, a way of doing things—
without knowing it.
Then something happens.
Something doesn’t feel right.
And people say: “yeah, that’s life.”
But that’s too easy.
Because when something doesn’t feel right,
it usually means you’re starting to see something.
Not everything—just a little.
And that’s the moment.
Because once you see something,
you can’t unsee it.
You can ignore it, sure.
But it stays there.
Like when you notice a pattern.
At first, you don’t see it.
Then suddenly, you see it everywhere.
And then you think:
“How did I not see this before?”
But seeing is not the difficult part.
The difficult part is what comes after.
Because then you realize:
You are not just in the system.
You are part of it.
And that’s uncomfortable.
Because it means you are involved.
Not only affected—but also participating.
And then you have a choice.
You can say:
“That’s just how it is.”
Or you can look again.
A bit deeper.
And when you look deeper, you start to understand:
Things are connected.
Your choices, other people, the way systems work—
it all influences each other.
Nothing stands alone.
But here’s the thing:
Understanding doesn’t change anything
if you don’t do something with it.
And doing something doesn’t work
if you don’t understand it.
So you need both.
That’s the balance.
At some point, you stop trying to control everything.
Because you see that control is limited.
But awareness—that’s different.
If you see what’s happening,
you can position yourself differently.
And that already changes the outcome.
Not everything.
But enough.
And then something funny happens.
You end up in the same life.
Same people.
Same world.
Same systems.
But it’s not the same.
Because you see more.
And if you see more,
you react differently.
And if you react differently,
things move differently.
That’s the spiral.
People think you go up.
But you don’t go up.
You go through.
Again and again.
But each time,
you understand a bit more.
So the question is not:
“How do I get out of this?”
Because you’re not getting out.
The real question is:
“What am I not seeing yet?”
Because once you see it,
you can do something with it.
And if you can do something with it,
then you’re not stuck anymore.
It’s simple.
But simple is not the same as easy.
